Brief description of the project

“Methods4Transfer” supports the development of a sustainable innovation network that quickly and effectively translates novel water technologies developed within the Thuringian Water Innovation Cluster into needs-based, locally adaptable and economically competitive solutions, thereby helping to strengthen regional innovation and transfer activities in Thuringia. The sub-project addresses the building of competences in innovation and transfer management. To this end, easily accessible services for acquiring skills are being set up and innovative processes and services are being developed for the stakeholders from science and industry involved in ThWIC. “Methods4Transfer” further develops innovative processes and services to leverage synergy potential and implement new business models in the context of high-risk research projects. Cluster actors are provided with a continuously optimized toolbox with flexible methods and instruments for implementing agile innovation and technology transfer projects. This is accompanied by a dynamic guideline document for the low-threshold implementation of innovation-supporting frameworks in cooperation with interdisciplinary projects, taking into consideration the latest findings in transfer research.
